Wine made here at Westfall Winery is done in the traditional fashion utilizing both old and new technology. Yet, the driving philosophy here is to use the absolute minimum intervention during winemaking, allowing the wine to be what it is....and will  become in the course of time. Picking the fruit at precisely the right moment is the key to a well balanced wine that is true to it's varietal heritage. Westfall Winery produces annually around 200 cases from it's vineyards.
